• LOCAL SUPPORT - We host a FREE healthy lifestyle support group that meets monthly on a Monday evening at the Pulaski Recreation Center (333 E. College ST, (931) 363-4666).  Enjoy healthy treats, a stress massage, and a great discussion on a timely health topic.
• TRAIN WITH US - Are you ready to change your life and your life's mission?  Learn how to practice and share healthful living and natural remedies with your family and friends.  Health Evangelism Training is hosted once or twice a year for a 12-week, Sundays-only session usually in Huntsville, AL.
